Pascal serves as Chief Operating Officer for Crown and Champa Resorts. Leveraging his years of experience and leadership in the growth of people, performance and objective. 10 properties plus 2 under construction. Over 200M in annual revenues.

As Managing Director, Pascal Mongeau managed the regional development and brand diversification efforts of the Mont Orford Ski and Golf Corporation. Guiding the corporation's overall direction and strategic alignment, Pascal leverages the heart of Quebec's Eastern Townships as a driving force in the commitment of positioning the Mont Orford Ski and Golf Corporation towards a competitive Canadian Destination Experience.



Pascal led and managed the operations of COMO Hotels and Resorts flagship property, Parrot Cay, in the Turks and Caicos Islands of the British West Indies including COMO's signature Shambhala Spa Retreat. His appointments over the last twenty-five years involved the successful management of hotels and resorts from all walks of culture, destination experiences, focuses and development needs.

Pascal started his career within the Club Med family of resorts and travelled widely throughout Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Caribbean. He worked within various pioneering hotel brands including Starwood, Moevenpick and Fairmont to name a few. He has been able to offer secure and accountable measures when advising shareholders and promoting the critical objectives for financial success and company growth particularly with restructuring and opening efforts. His style of leadership has made him achieve the most from his executive team by being a sounding board of transparency, service ethics, business innovation and team-spirit.



PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
From 2008 to 2011 Pascal operated as the Vice President of Operations for the Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd. A hospitality branch to the US$15.4 billion Mahindra Group of Companies. During this timeline, he successfully created the Zest Holiday Brand and opened five properties in three years of unique lifestyle experiences from safari adventures, beach escapes and eco-luxe family getaways in the 'Nilgiri Mountains' known as Blue Hills.
Pascal was also instrumental in the brand development for the Pursuit Collection of remarkable places formally known as Brewster Travel Canada from 2011 to 2014. He managed the brand's portfolio of hotels in Alberta, Montana and Alaska.
